KV TechLegal was founded by K. Vaitheeswaran, a legend in tax and business laws, with expertise in various facets of the digital world. In addition to his tax firm, he has founded this special vehicle to focus exclusively on technology law and data privacy. We act for organisations whose product is software; for businesses which deal with consumers and vendors and collect significant personal data. We also deal with businesses in the AI segment and organisations which have embraced AI. The practice stays focused intentionally.

There are no vacancies at the firm at present. We still read every application, and the people we hire are usually those who wrote to us long before a position existed. If the way we work sounds like the way you want to practise, introduce yourself now rather than waiting for a posting.

A short, specific note beats a long general one. Every application is read and kept on file. We reply when a vacancy opens that fits, or sooner if the work you describe overlaps with something on our desk.
